1. Service Description

Bulfinex (“the Platform”) is a token creation tool that enables users to deploy cryptocurrency tokens on various blockchains. Bulfinex is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, or financial advisor. We do not facilitate buying, selling, or trading of cryptocurrencies.

2. Non-Custodial Nature

Bulfinex is entirely non-custodial. We never hold, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. All transaction signing occurs in your own wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.). You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Bulfinex, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for any tokens you create and deploy.
• Token deployment on mainnets involves real costs (gas fees) that are irreversible.
• You will not use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes.
• You comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Bulfinex to:

• Create tokens intended to defraud or scam others.
• Facilitate money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Impersonate other projects or entities.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the Platform.

5. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token creation does not guarantee value, liquidity, or market adoption. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

6. Service Fees

Bulfinex charges a service fee for token deployments. Fees vary by token complexity. Blockchain gas fees are separate and paid directly to the network. All fees are displayed before deployment confirmation. Testnet deployments are free.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bulfinex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from smart contract bugs, blockchain network issues, wallet errors, gas price fluctuations, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are involved in illegal activities. Previously deployed tokens remain on the blockchain regardless of account status.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
